Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product demonstrations. Our products include 24% VAT. We deliver products directly from the online store to the Nordic countries and elsewhere in Europe.
Payment methods
Customers can pay for their orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart.
Payment service provider Paytrail
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Betalningar med Visa Electron eller MasterCard-kort syns Paytrail Oyj som mottagare i korträkningen och även förmedlar betalningen till köpmannen. Paytrail Oyj har verksamhetstillstånd för betalningsinstitut beviljat av Finansinspektionen. Vid klagomål ber vi er i första hand vara i kontakt med nätbutiken.

Delivery cost
The online store will add an order-specific delivery fee depending on the size of the package. Delivery cost to Norway 6,90€-36,90€.
Deliveries
We will send the ordered products by post as soon as possible (1-3 days). If any of the goods in your order are out of stock, we will notify the customer immediately and agree on either a replacement product or a new delivery time.
Right to return the product
All products have a 14-day return policy. The product can be returned to the address found in the contact information. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return. Always report a return by email to kalastusvalhalla@gmail.com. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer). Unique and custom-made products have no right of exchange or return.
Product error correction
If the delivered product is defective, please contact kalastusvalhalla@gmail.com.
Prolonged delivery
KalastusValhalla delivers the product mainly by Post. In larger shipments, we compete with Transport Companies. KalastusValhalla is not responsible for delays caused by the operation of the transport company.
